Welcome

Beginning Anew

The start of every season offers a fresh perspective and new possibilities. For the season I am privileged to serve as President of the Kansas City Missouri Alumnae Chapter, I will focus on sustaining the unity of our sisterhood. To focus on unity is to honor our illustrious founders. We as a chapter will extend the greatness of our unified strengths to build a more dynamic sisterhood and to better serve the community we love. I welcome new ideas with an unbiased attitude and believe this to be a respectful and productive way to grow – both myself and my sisterhood. A more unified sisterhood will come from strong leadership, more relevant programs and cohesively structuring the individual strengths of my beloved Sorors. I believe these efforts will continue our chapter’s successful history. I want Sorors to understand that they are an integral part of the architecture and the future of KCMO Alumnae Chapter’s viability and success. A good leader knows she amounts to nothing without her Sorors. This presidency is a mantle I hold and honor with the upmost commitment. May my strength to achieve these goals come from my faith in God, the wisdom gleamed from former presidents and leaders, and the collaborative efforts of the powerful women of this sorority.
