Please join the Kansas City Missouri Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. for Founders Day 2022!
We are excited to celebrate the founding of our glorious sisterhood and honor our twenty-two trailblazing Founders!
Cost per ticket is $45 and is nonrefundable.
Date: Saturday, February 5, 2022, 5-6pm reception, 6pm Dinner/Program. (Closed event, Deltas only)
Theme: Honoring the Past, Embracing the Present, and Shaping the Future; The Red Ticket Maskarade (a nod to wearing masks during the pandemic)
We have a wonderful program planned, including our keynote speaker, Soror Tishaura Jones, the 47th mayor of St. Louis City and the first Black female mayor in the City’s history!
The event will be held at the University of Missouri, Kansas City Student Union, 5100 Cherry, KCMO 64110.
Parking is available The Cherry Street Garage (Lot 32N) with a walkway across to Student Union. Additional limited parking is available behind Bloch Entrepreneurial Building (entrance off Oak Street – Lot 12) or behind Administrative Center (5115 Oak Lot 24).
The deadline to purchase tickets is Saturday, January 18, 2022, or until the number of tickets sold equals capacity.
