Sorors, the updated chapter Policies and Procedures for the 2023-2024 sorority year are available to view on the chapter’s website in the Members Only area.  You will also be able to view the approval notice and the Rules of Order Form. Call for Proposed Amendments to the Chapter’s Policies and Procedures

These guidelines are intended to provide the essential information you will need to submit a proposed amendment to the Kansas City (MO) Alumnae Chapter Policies & Procedures Committee.

• All proposed amendments must be typed and submitted on the chapter proposed amendment form.
• Use one (1) form for each proposed amendment. This form will ensure the proposed wording is clear and concise; and, ensure that each form is completed in its entirety.
• The preferred submission format is PDF (attached) or Jot Form Submission (link below)https://form.jotform.com/212978339167065
• The completed form must include the name of the sponsoring member, email, and phone
• Completed proposed amendments, along with any supporting documentation, must be emailed to policiesandprocedures@dstkcmo.org NO LATER THAN Saturday, February 18, 2024.
• Before submitting, it is important to consider the impact of the proposed amendment on other chapter policies, governing documents, administrative tools, and the Code of Ethics.

When viewing the policies and procedures document, the verbiage highlighted in red indicates language that was approved by Scholarship and Standards. In some cases, the language may be updated and in some cases, the language cannot be changed; verbiage highlighted in blue indicates chapter-specific language and can be updated by chapter vote and approval by Scholarship and Standards. All other verbiage in black is standard template language that can only be modified by Scholarship and Standards. All proposed changes in any section will be reviewed by the Policies and Procedures Committee to ensure compliance with the current template language.
